Tasty Zuppa Soup
Ingredients
- High protein flour 1 1/2 kg
- Ordinary cold water 775 gr
- Sugar as much as 45 gr
- Salt to taste
- 75 gr eggs (1 egg)
- Margarine 150 gr
- 750 gr of corsvet / pastry margarine
Instruction
- Prepare the container and then add flour, margarine, eggs, and water together then knead or stir until smooth. Wrap the mixture in plastic, save 20 minutes in the refrigerator.

- Wrap the mixture in plastic, store it in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
- Remove the pastry sheet from the refrigerator. Repeat making 2x double folds.
- After 20 minutes, remove the pastry sheet from the refrigerator. Before use, rub the 3mm thick pastry sheet. You can run it up and down or left to right.
- Leave or leave the pastry for 15 minutes to shrink.
- Form the dough as needed. Pastry dough is ready for use.
Zuppa Soup Filling:
- Onions as much as 1/2 (finely sliced)
- Garlic as much as 2 cloves
- 1 piece chicken thigh (diced)

- Saute all of these ingredients until done, then drain

- First, heat the oven to a temperature of 185 degrees Celsius.
- Second, reduce the temperature to 160 centigrade.
- Third, to get better results, turn on the fire up and down until the top of the pastry mounts just use the bottom fire until done.
