Tasty Mayo Risoles
Ingredients
- 200 gr of flour
- 2 eggs
- 500 ml of liquid fresh milk
- 2 tbsp margarine (melting)
- Salt to taste
- Adequate oil (for frying)
Filling:
- 200 gr of beef (ground)
- 100 gr chicken meat (small grind / shredded)
- 1 egg
- 25 gr fine panir flour
- 1 tablespoon of milk powder
- 1/2 onion (finely sliced / finely chopped)
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg powder
- 1/4 pepper powder
- salt to taste
- 3 egg whites (shake until fluffy)
- 150 gr of bread crumb
Spreading:
- 2 tbsp margarine (melting)
- 1/2 tbsp sweet soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Topping:
- 50 gr tomato sauce (can be changed according to taste)
- 6 pieces of cheese ready for use (any brands that matter are already sheets)
- 35 gr mayonnaise (according to taste you want spicy or ori)
- 75 gr lettuce or fresh lettuce (rough slices)
Instructions
- The first step is to make Skin Risoles Mayo: put all the ingredients of the skin except the oil into the container, which is flour, salt, eggs, liquid milk, and margarine and stir until blended. Furthermore, the skin dough is thin on a small flat pan (you can use Teflon specifically to make an omelet or use a regular pan but the results will not be the same) then set aside the finished skin.
- The second step is making Fill Mayo Risoles: add and mix the ground meat, ground chicken, onion, salt, pepper powder, nutmeg powder, milk powder, panir flour, and egg into a mixture and stir until all ingredients fill evenly. Set it aside. Then form the filling mixture into a small flat oval.
- The third step Risoles Mayo: bake the fill mixture that has been formed while smeared with basting ingredients until cooked and become burger meat.
- The fourth step Mayo Risoles: Take a piece of skin then coat lettuce or lettuce on top of the skin evenly, burger meat, sliced cheese, and mayonnaise streaks, then fill the contents with the skin immediately folded as fragile as possible (folding extends to form like Risoles in general).
- The fifth step of the Mayo Risoles: Dip the immature Mayo Risoles into the egg white and then roll them in the coarse flour one by one (be careful not to open the Risoles skin).
- Sixth step Mayo Risoles: Fry the Mayo Risoles with oil heated over medium heat until cooked golden brown.
- Serve with coelan chili sauce, tomato sauce or mayonnaise.
