Steamed Cheese Cake (No-Bake)

Ingredients
Ingredients A:
- 3 Eggs
- 100 gr Sugar sands
- 1 tsp Emulsifier
Ingredients B:
- 80 grams Wheat flour
- 20 grams Maizena
- 30 grams Milk powder
- 1/4 tsp Salt
Ingredients C:
- 50 ml Liquid milk
- 180 grams Cheese spread
- 70 grams Butter
Topping:
- 2 tbsp Buttercream
- 50 grams Grated cheddar cheese for sprinkles
Instructions
- Ingredients B: Mix all ingredients then sift. Set it aside.
- Ingredients A: Mix and shake all the ingredients until they expand and stand.
- Enter ingredient B to the result of A shake, stirring back evenly.
- Ingredients C: Heat milk and cheese spread, stir until united. Remove. Add butter and shake until blended. Set it aside.
- Add ingredients C to mixture A mixture, stir again until evenly distributed.
- Prepare a baking sheet (I use an 18x18x5 cm pan) and cover it with baking paper.
- Pour the batter into the pan.
- Steam for 20-30 minutes with medium heat until done.
- Lift and chill the cake, remove it from the pan.
- Rub a thin cake with buttercream, then sprinkle with grated cheese.
- Ready to be served.
Tips
- Cheese spread can be replaced with 150 grams of grated cheddar cheese cooked with 100 ml of milk until dissolved and evenly mixed.
- Wrap the pan cover with a clean cloth so that the water vapor does not return to the cake.
- Toppings can be replaced with strawberry jam, blueberry or chocolate melt, according to taste.
