Spicy Mushrooms Spring Rolls
Ingredients
Filling:
- 10 fruit mushrooms, shredded.
- 5 pieces of shitake mushrooms, shredded.
- 750 ml vegetable oil.
- 5 fruit mushrooms, shredded.
- 1 egg white.
Layer:
- 100 grams of flour
- 1/2 tbsp egg
- 1/2 tbsp of cooking oil
- Salt (to taste)
- Water (80 ml)
Seasoning:
- 1 cm ginger.
- Soy sauce 1 tbsp.
- 1 tbsp sesame oil.
- Garlic 5 cloves.
- Lemongrass 1 stick, thinly sliced.
- Oyster sauce 1 tbsp.
- Onion leaves 4 sticks, then cut into pieces.
Instructions
How to make Layer:
- Mix flour, salt and enough water. Mix well and put the eggs in flour and stir again.
- Finally, add cooking oil and stir again until all ingredients are well blended. Let stand for about 30 minutes.
- Heat the Teflon and then print the lumpia skin like printing a leather sheet.
- Do it until all the spring rolls are formed.
How to make Spring Rolls:
- For the first step, heat the vegetable oil then saute the garlic until it smells good.
- After that, the spring rolls are added, the mushrooms have been prepared except for the onion into the sauteed garlic, then enter one by one while stirring and processing.
- Next all the shredded mushrooms are put into the dish, stirring until evenly distributed.
- Add the onion and stir until evenly distributed and cooked, lift and set aside for a while so that the heat vapor disappears.
