Ingredients:
- 150 grams of medium protein flour
- 50 grams of low protein flour
- 25 grams of grated carrots
- 1 tablespoon of refined sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 2 eggs, shaken off
- 225 ml of liquid milk
- 25 grams of margarine, melted
- 1 chicken breast, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons of ice water
- 50 grams of sago flour
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 teaspoons of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg powder
Spread Ingredients:
- 25 grams of margarine, melted
- 100 grams of tomato sauce
Supplementary:
- 6 lettuce leaves
- 6 pieces of cheese sheet, cut into 4 parts
- 75 grams of mayonnaise
- 75 grams of tomato sauce
Instructions:
- Mix flour, carrots, sugar, baking powder and salt. Stir well.
- Beat the eggs. Pour liquid milk. Stir well. Pour into flour mixture. Stir well. Add melted margarine a little while stirring slowly.
- 5 cm diameter dadar in a flat pan without margarine. Let the origin skinned. Turn back. Leave until cooked.
- Stir chicken, water, sago flour, onions, salt, granulated sugar, and nutmeg powder.
- Take a little dough. Flat round shape about the size of a pancake.
