Hot Chocolate Biscuits Mug
Ingredients
- 220 gr. wheat flour
- 60 gr. Chocolate powder
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp ovaltine, malt
- 125g butter, soft
- 85g sugar for the coating
- 1 egg, at room temperature
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Hot fudge
- Red sow sugar
- Cream whipped in cans
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 177 ° C. In a bowl, mix flour, chocolate powder, cinnamon and Ovaltine. Mix well.
- Beat the butter and sugar for the layer with an electric mixer until it is pale and soft. Add the eggs and vanilla and stir until smooth.
- Add the flour mixture and mix well then use your hands to mix until well mixed.
- Hold the cake mixture into a rectangle 1 cm thick and slice into short strips. Minyaki mini stainless steel cake cans. Press one strip of cake mixture along the side of the tin and add a small amount on the bottom. Use your fingers to close any gaps and to form a smooth interior. Cool for at least 30 minutes.
- Roll aluminum foil into a short cigar shape, and place it in the center of each can. Bake for about 8-9 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool. Be careful when removing the glass biscuit mug.
- Fill each cup with hot fudge and fill a little excess to allow fudge to drip on the side. Sprinkle with red sow sugar. Complete by spraying whipped cream.
