Ingredients
Pai Buttom:
- 125 grams of margarine
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 50 grams of flour sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 25 grams of cornstarch
- 200 grams of medium protein flour
- 15 grams of milk powder
- 2 tablespoons of ice water
- 100 grams of white cooking chocolate, melting
Cream:
- 500 ml of liquid milk
- 150 grams of sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 75 grams of cornstarch
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla paste
- 50 grams of cream powder and 100 ml of ice water, shake to expand
Fruits:
- 250 grams of melon, round dredger
- 150 grams of strawberries, split 2 parts
- 1 can of mandarin orange

Instructions

- Cream, mix milk, sugar, salt, and cornstarch. Cook while stirring until they pop. Turn off the heat. Stir until the steam is gone. Add egg yolks. Stir quickly. Turn on the fire. Stir until it explodes again. Add vanilla paste. Stir well. Cool it down. Beat gently. Add whipped cream. Beat well.
- Pour over the pie. Even it Fruit arrangement. Apply jam.
