Sweet and Sour Baked Pasta

Ingredients:
- 150 grams of penne
- 100 grams of pineapple, cut the fan
- 150 grams of pancet shrimp, peel aside the tail
- 100 grams of squid cut into rings
- 1/2 onion, cut into length
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1/2 red bell pepper, cut into length
- 1/2 green paprika, cut into length
- 8 tablespoons of tomato sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon of vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of powdered pepper
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil, for sautéing
White Sauce:
- 30 grams of unsalted butter
- 45 grams of flour
- 3/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of powdered pepper
- 3/4 teaspoon of nutmeg powder
- 525ml liquid milk
- 150 grams of thick cream
- 75 grams of cheddar cheese, grated
Sprinkle Sauce:
- 100 grams of mozzarella cheese
- 1 tablespoon of parmesan
How to make a sweet and sour baked pasta:
1. Boil the water. Boil the penne thoroughly. Drain well.
2. Saute onions and garlic until fragrant. Add shrimp and squid. Stir until it changes color.
3. Add red peppers, parika green, pineapple and penne. Stir well.
4. Enter tomato sauce, vinegar, salt, pepper powder, and nutmeg powder. Stir well. Pour in a heat resistant dish of 20x20x6 cm. Set it aside.
5. White sauce: heat butter. Add flour. Stir until grained. Pour the liquid milk a little while stirring until smooth.
6. Add thick cream and grated cheese. Stir well. Cook until thick and pop. Pour on penne. Sprinkle with topping ingredients.
7. Bake in an oven 20 minutes with a temperature of 180 degrees Celsius until cooked.
