Ingredients
Yellow Layer Cake:
- 12 egg yolks
- 1 tbsp white sweetened condensed milk
- 75 grams of margarine
- 40 grams of flour
- 100 grams of sugar
- 15 grams of cornstarch
- 10 grams of milk powder
- 50 grams of butter
Chocolate Layer Cake:
- 13 egg yolks
- 1 tbsp white sweetened condensed milk
- 125 grams of sugar
- 10 grams of milk powder
- 30 grams of flour
- 20 grams of chocolate powder
- 75 grams of margarine
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 50 grams of butter
To Spread the Cake:
- 100 grams of strawberry jam
Instructions
Yellow Layer:
- The first time you have to do is shake the margarine and butter until it's white. Then add the sweetened condensed milk you have prepared. Beat until evenly distributed. If you have, you can immediately set it aside.
- Take a different container, then enter the egg yolks and sugar into the container. Beat the two ingredients until they expand. Add milk powder, meizena flour and flour while sifting and stirring until well blended.
- After that, pour the beaten egg into a butter whisk little by little while stirring evenly.
- Prepare a pan with a size of 22 x 22 x 4 cm that has been smeared with margarine before, and has been coated with baking paper. Pour the mixture into the pan.
- Then bake at 190 degrees Celsius for about 20 minutes or until done.
- Make this yellow cake one more time.
Chocolate Layer:
- Beat the prepared butter and margarine again until white. Then add the sweetened condensed milk into it. Stir until evenly distributed. If you have, set it aside.
- Put egg yolks and sugar in the container. Then shake the two ingredients until they expand and the sugar dissolves. Add flour, milk powder and chocolate powder while sifting and stirring evenly.
- Next, pour the beaten egg into a butter whisk little by little while stirring until evenly distributed.
- Prepare a baking sheet of the same size. Brush with margarine and cover with bread paper. Pour the mixture into a baking sheet and bake for about 20 minutes at a temperature of 190 degrees Celsius or until cooked.
How to Make Strawberry Jam Layer Cake
- Take one sheet of yellow cake and put the skin part below. Then spread with strawberry jam prepared.
- Then stack it using chocolate cake. Back basting with strawberry jam. Stack with cake or a yellow layer on top. After that compress it.
- Cut this cake into a medium size and you can immediately serve it.
