Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 300 grams of flour
- 200 grams of potatoes
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 25 grams of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of instant yeast
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- flour for sprinkling
- 25 ml of ice water
- 1 tablespoon of margarine
- 3 tablespoons of margarine for baking
Instructions
- Wash potatoes
- After the potatoes are clean evenly, continue by preparing a pan and put water into it and then wait for the water to boil and put the potatoes in it. Cook and boil the potatoes until cooked until the ingredients become more tender for about 20 minutes in the stew.
- When cooked and tender, remove from the pan and serve this dish on a plate. Peel the skin and puree the meat using a blender or by using it evenly until the potatoes are completely smooth.
How to make dough:
- When all is prepared, then to make the dough can be done by mixing flour together with yeast, sugar and potatoes in the same container. Stir the ingredients evenly until everything is mixed.

- Then deflate the mixture by hand and weigh each one to 20 grams. Repeat the mixture and let stand for 20 minutes. Punch the center of the mixture using the mold. Place it on a baking sheet that has been sprinkled with flour. Let this material back for about 30 minutes.
- Heat a flat and basting pan using even margarine. Place a few donuts at the top and allow them to expand evenly. Don't forget to turn it over to cook evenly.
- After cooking, lift and give with a sprinkling of flour sugar evenly.
