Simple Mango Cake

Ingredients

Cake

• 2 eggs
• 2 tablespoons of Bread Powder
• 4 glasses of flour
• 1/4 teaspoon of salt
• 5 tablespoons of sugar
• 100 g of butter
• 1 spoonful of vanilla essence
• 1 teaspoon of lime juice
• Milk - ½ cup for whipped cream
• 1 glass of white crim
• 1 cup of Mango Cube
• 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract

For Mango Flour

• Mango - 500 grams (cut into pieces)
• Egg yolk - 4 items
• Sugar - 3 spoons
• Salt - a pinch
• Lime juice - 3 tbsp
• Olive oil - ¼ spoon

How to make

For Cakes

1. Take the pan container and spread the butter on the side and bottom. Spray the flour well. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
2. Take a mixed bowl and shake it with flour, baking powder and salt. On the other hand, add butter and sugar to the blender to make a soft mixture.
3. Add egg yolks at a time and shake well before adding new ones. Mix well and add vanilla extract, milk and lime juice. Beat well to combine all ingredients at once and make the mixture expand.
4. Add the mixture to the flour mixture and stir everything well. Then pour the mixture into the cake pan you saved earlier.
5. Bake the cake for 20-25 minutes in a preheated oven. Then test with a toothpick to check if the cake is ready.
6. Let the cake cool completely on the wire rack.

For Mango

1. Take the pieces of mango, salt and lemon juice into a blender and mix well.
2. Add egg yolks and stir again until blended. Strain the mixture in a large bowl and put it in a bowl of water until boiling.
3. Stir occasionally to make the mixture thick.
4. If you get the right consistency, remove it from the heat and add olive oil. Cover again and store in the refrigerator overnight.

Place the Cookie Dough and Mango

1. Take the bowl and shake all the ingredients, except the mango pieces, to make whipped cream.
2. Cut the cake into layers and place one layer on the serving plate. Spread the mango pieces well in the top layer then layer with some whipped cream.
3. Place the chopped mango on top and cover it with another layer. Repeat the process and finally cover the whole cake with spread mango and whisk the cream.
4. Cool and serve cold.
