Ingredients
- 2 ½ cup Koshihikari rice.
- Salmon 200 gr - 1 cm cut.
- Cold water 3 ¾ cup.
- ½ cup rice vinegar.
- Caster sugar 2 tablespoons.
- ½ teaspoon salt.
- Nori 6 sheets.
- Avocado 1 piece - split into 2, peeled, thinly sliced, chopped.
Sushi Complementary Material:
- Soy sauce
- Wasabi Pasta.
- Acer Ginger.
Instructions
- Place the rice in a filter then wash it using cold water and wash it thoroughly.
- Put the rice in a large saucepan then cover the pan and cook with a large appliance then wait for the water to boil.
- After boiling, reduce the heat and cover the pot again for 12 minutes and allow the water to sink in and can be lifted and set aside then leave for 10 minutes.
- Combine several ingredients such as sugar, salt, and vinegar in a small bowl then place the rice in a large glass bowl.
- Stir the rice with a wooden spoon then add vinegar little by little then stir again until evenly distributed and leave for 15 minutes.
- Place the base of the sushi on a cutting board then place and spread the nori on top of it by means of the shiny part facing down.
- Place a little rice and pour it over the nori and leave the sides about 3 cm long.
- Place the salmon and avocado on the surface of the rice then roll the rice and the base.
- Cut sushi using a sharp knife with a thickness of 1.5 cm.
- Place the sushi on a plate and serve with soy sauce, wasabi and pickled ginger.
- Delicious sushi ready to eat. Enjoy!!
