Ingredients
- 75 grams of flour
- 150 ml of Cattle Liquid Milk
- I chicken eggs

- The mother can shake the milk and the eggs until foamy this will make the Crepes batter supple.
- Sifting still has to be done, this makes the flour fall spread evenly so the Crepes become softer.

- When pouring the Crepes mixture it is recommended not on the stove, but by lifting the Teflon so that the mixture is still liquid and easily thinned by turning the pan, then put the skillet back on the stove.

- The first thing we have to do to get crispy crepes is to pour liquid milk and eggs into the container. Well when shaking we just use whisk, until foamy. You should make sure the dough is completely flat so that the dough can be flexible.
- Add flour while sifting. Next, beat the mixture again until well blended. Melt the butter / margarine and put it in the flour mixture. Stir again until blended.
- Heat a nonstick or Teflon pan. After heat, remove from the stove, pour the crepes into the pan, turn the pan so that the mixture is flat and thin.
- Put the pan back on the stove, put the nutella in the Crepes. we can also use a sprinkling of white sugar and cinnamon powder, then fold the Crepes into a triangular shape.
- Crepes can be served.
