Ingredients

Chocolate cake moist:

• 1 cup of liquid milk (I use 250 ml of UHT plain milk)
• 1 cup of vegetable oil (I use 1 cup of melted margarine)
• 1 cup of sweetened condensed milk (I use 1 can of SKM)
• 1 cup of powdered chocolate
• 2 medium sized eggs
• 1 cup of refined sugar
• 1 versatile flour
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 1/4 tsp salt

Cream cheese frosting:

• 250 gr of cream cheese at room temperature
• 500 ml of liquid whipping cream
• 3 tablespoons of sweetened condensed milk
• 1 tsp lemon juice

Ganache:

• 250 gr DCC / thick brown cooking bar, chopped
• 250 ml of liquid whipping ceam
• 1 teaspoon of honey
• 1 tbsp butter
• 1 tsp vanilla essence

Instructions

Chocolate cake:

1. Heat the steaming, prepare a baking sheet. Set it aside.
2. Mix and flour sift, baking soda, baking powder, salt into one container. Set it aside.
3. Beat eggs using a whisker / fork. Set it aside.
4. Mix liquid milk, oil / melt margarine, sweetened condensed milk, chocolate powder, and refined sugar in the pan. Cook over low heat while stirring occasionally until the sugar dissolves.
5. Add the beaten egg, stir. Add the flour mixture gradually, stirring evenly. Turn off the heat.
6. Pour the mixture into a baking sheet (I use a small aluminum foil pan, fill the mixture as high as 1/3 of the pan), then steam for about 25 minutes if using a small baking sheet, 45 minutes if using a large baking sheet.

How to make Frosting:

1. Mix cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk into a container, stirring with a mixer until well blended.
2. Enter whipping cream and lemon water, shake until soft and thick. Remember not to overmix.
3. Add the mixture to the plastic triangle. For 2 dough. One mixture for filling, leave a little for the topping. Cream cheese frosting is ready for use.

How to make Ganache:

1. In a heat-resistant bowl place DCC, and butter, set aside.
2. In the pan place the whipping cream and honey, heat it over low heat until the edges are bubbly. Lift and pour into a bowl of DCC and butter. Stir until the chocolate and butter melt and the whole mixture is evenly mixed.
3. Enter vanilla essence. Stir again.
4. The Ganache is ready for use.

Settlement:

1. Spray the cream cheese mixture onto the chocolate cake using a plastic triangle. Flatten it by stamping it lightly on the table. Enter briefly into the refrigerator until the mixture is set.
