How to Make Bakpia filled with chocolate and green beans

Ingredients
- Medium protein flour - 250 grams
- Cooking oil - 125 ml
- Water - 75 ml
- Refined sugar - 50 grams
- Salt - 1/2 tsp
Bakpia outer layer 2:
- Medium protein flour - 100 grams
- Cooking oil - 50 ml
Bakpia Filling:
- Peeled green beans - 150 grams
- Sugar sands - 75 grams
- Cooking oil - 2 tbsp
- Salt - 1/4 tsp
- Pandan leaves - 2 pieces
- Water - 50 ml
- Chocolate meises - 50 grams
Instructions
- Soak the peeled green beans with water for 3 hours.
- Rinse the green beans and steamed for 30 minutes or until tender.
- Blend with the help of a little water until smooth.
- Pour the finely ground green beans into a nonstick pan.
- Cook with sugar, salt, pandan leaves and cooking oil, until the water is reduced and the mixture becomes smooth and can be scooped up.
- Lift and chill.
- Divide the green bean mixture into 2 parts, leave one part as is. While one other part is given chocolate meises, stir until smooth.
- Two types of green bean dough are ready to be filled with bakpia.
How to make the outer layer batter
- Mix all ingredients I, knead until smooth and smooth.
- Mix all ingredients II flat until the texture is soft and moist, like a pastry dough.
- Divide dough I and II into 20 parts.
- Take each of the dough I and II. Place mixture II on top of mixture I, rub with roller. Fold like an envelope (take the right, left, top, and bottom ends and bring it to the center).
- Then rub it again. Repeat this process of folding and grinding 3 times.
- Give the filling according to taste, round shape again and do not forget to reduce and remove the lower skin that is too thick.
- Bake on a pre-heated Teflon for 10 minutes (with low heat), while slightly flattened or pressed. Cover the Teflon while baking.
- Turn over the other side, bake for 10 minutes, cover.
- After bakpia has changed color as desired, lift it up and be ready to be served.
Tips
Use Teflon with a lid or use a double pan so that the resulting bakpia can be perfectly cooked.
If you do not want to knead the skin mixture one by one before being filled. Can simultaneously process and fold it together, for all dough I and II. Then the mixture is divided into 20 parts.
